1. The sun bed and accessories on loan will always remain the sole property of the above company.

 2. Responsibility for the equipment on hire must be accepted by the customer to protect the hire company against loss or damage.

3. Contact the above company in the event of failure of the equipment on hire.

4. The above company will not be liable for any burns or injury, direct or consequential  arising out of the use of, or inability to use the equipment on hire.

 5. If taking any form of medication consult your own G.P. before using the equipment.

6. Always use goggles supplied.

7. Remove all perfume, cosmetics and jewellery before using the sun bed.

8. Only use creams specifically for the use with sun beds.

Suggested Tanning Times:

           Fair Skin: 10-12 Minutes           Medium Skin: 12-15 Minutes          Dark Skin: 20 Minutes
